Our customers come first. 

As an independent organisation funded by the subscriptions of our members and through the services provided to businesses in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, we understand the need to look after our members and the wider business community.
Our Customer Charter Customer Service Charter:

  • We will respond to all enquiries from member businesses via our dedicated Business Development Team, either by phone or email within one working day.
  • We will always aim to address your enquiry immediately but if this is not possible, we will keep you informed of the progress of your enquiry. We will always follow up outstanding enquiries to ensure that your question is answered fully.
  • Where appropriate, we will refer you to our wide range of business contacts, partners and stakeholders and then follow up to ensure that your query has been dealt with.
  • We will ask all members and customers for feedback at regular intervals following the use of services. This feedback will be monitored as part of our commitment to managing and improving the quality of our services.
  • All information provided by customers will be treated with the strictest confidence.

Our complaints handling process:

  • We are committed to maintaining a high quality of service for all of our customers but we do acknowledge that occasionally things can go wrong. When this occurs we have a formal customer complaints procedure in place to ensure that customers are treated fairly and openly. We will deal with all complaints in a timely fashion to ensure that a resolution is achieved.
