Graduate Internships

Internships offer graduates the opportunity to make practical contributions to the work of employers and to further develop their own skills and knowledge.

For employers the scheme offers a simple and easy way to inject fresh talent into their workplace and to experience first hand the positive impact employing a graduate can have on their business.

Key aspects of the internship scheme:

Internships are salaried and last for 12 months.

Interns will fast-track their professional development by participating in a postgraduate module at the University of Worcester that uses a work based learning approach.

Additional free workshops and training days are on offer - from project management to working with budgets - all designed to offer practical support to interns and their employers.
